Here’s David Booth getting KO’d on an otherwise routine looking hit from Jaroslav Spacek. Sucks that Booth was seriously hurt on the play, but dude, how did you not see that guy right in your path?

Everyone’s whining about hits to the head in the NHL, and yeah, some are pretty bad, but on hits like this one, how about some of these guys start looking up or around while they’re skating instead of staring at the puck and waiting to get knocked the fuck out? It’s the goddamn NHL, if you’re not good enough or smart enough, you might get hurt.
